Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Lovely Nails💅, we value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our scheduling. Because our nailtech's time is dedicated to serving you, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations within 24 hours:
Will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service, this has to be paid before a new appointment will be scheduled.
• Missed appointments (No-Shows):
Will be charged 100% of the service total, this has to be paid before a new appointment will be scheduled.
• Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and late fees will apply.

Payment Policy Reminder

Dear Valued Client,

To continue offering you the best service, products, and care, we kindly ask that all EFT payments are made before leaving the salon. If you prefer to pay with cash, please do so directly after your treatment, before exiting the premises.

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced a few situations where payments were not made on time, and it’s become increasingly difficult to follow up. Like any business, we have expenses, bills, and stock to maintain in order to keep delivering the high-quality service you deserve.
