Bugs, meet the HYBRID lash set 😎

This is a mix between classic extentions and volume fan extentions.
We used a C curl for her 2D & 3D fans and CC curl for the classic extentions inbetween.

As our client is quite fair & loves a natural look, we just added a little extra volume with the fans but focussed mainly on the classic extentions inbetween.

A short while back we mentioned the time it takes to do lashes (and it's not an hour 😊) but we wanted to share our pricing again with the time required to complete the various sets.

Please note:
⚡ We do not do lash fills on sets not originally done by us.
⚡ We are not looking for models for free sets anymore- pricing is specified on our highlights reel and above.
⚡ A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
⚡ We are open after hours to accommodate our clients who can't make Saturday's or corporate weekday working hours.

Although it is suggested for eyes that are downturned and/or close set, it can be adapted to suit your eye shape & the look you want to achieve.

We at Bug & Mango make sure we have a consult with you when you arrive so we can suggest the best style for you, so don't be intimidated 💛

Lash Tip Tuesday: Don't wet your new lash extensions for the first 24 hours 😎

Why? If you expose the lashes to water before you are advised to, the glue is overloaded with moisture and dries immediately. This means that the lash extension hasn't properly formed a bond with your natural lash and causes it to fall off prematurely.

As there are many different adhesives being utilised in the industry, it is in your best interest to listen to your chosen lash tech 🙏

Better retention means longer breaks between fills = cash saver 💸

Ladies, ladies, ladies... if ANYONE is offering lash extensions in an hour, you are NOT getting a full set OR individual lash extensions. It is a MASSIVE red flag 🚩🚩🚩

We do our best to prep before you arrive, but your actual face & lashes are required for the rest of the prep.
If you are a new client, we have a couple of questions for you & a quick signature.

And then, applicable to everyone, we need to wash your lashes, prep & prime, map out the best style for your eye shape and desired style & get you comfy. In no specific order, as lash techs work differently, but you cannot expect the best result in an hour when there is so much that goes into *working on your face* 😏 (we mean that so nicely! I promise!)

We at Bug & Mango want you to love every set we do while focussing on lash health and retention so we cannot sacrifice quality when rushing, as this will be the case if you only have an hour.

We do stay open later for any clients that can't make weekend slots, so we hope this helps 💛 Extentions take approx. 3 hours (dependant on the set you want) so make sure you leave us enough time for the best set 🤘

Happy Monday 🌿 Let's start the week with some lash fill facts!

It's not a ploy to get you in studio sooner (you're welcome to visit anytime 😎) - fills are needed because lash shedding is 100% normal.

Of course, keeping your lash extensions clean is also imperative as this also affects retention. So, get your moneys worth and schedule fills and keep your lashes clean 💁🏻‍♀️

We hope this helps clarify! If you aren't sure about anything in the lash process, pop us a message before you book.

Good evening our little Beauty Bugs.
Yes... Beauty Bugs has stuck! 😏

The only mango reference we could find that rhymed with MANGO was TANGO & our team has 2 left feet so that wasn't going to work 😂

Now that we have cleared that up, we're happy to share our pricelist! 🎉

⚡To note: If you are feeling unwell at an appointment, then we suggest you keep your mask on. Our lash tech will wear hers when applying them as we get rather close to your face.
If you would like to remove yours then we don't mind (as per the new gazette) but we can chat before your session so you are still as comfortable as possible 💛

Masks might be out, but what never goes out of style? Lashes!
(And the Backstreet Boys... But we get fought on that last one often...)
