Firstly a pretty rad bunch of guys have decided to put together an online fitness regime/blog... (Okayyy yeeeaaahhh pretty mediocre and s**t) but no, It's different, why? Because of who we are, we aren't do**he bags, we're looking to achieve a South African based extreme training site that offers a f**k load of humour, style, and a couple of sexy guys. Videos aren't up (Yet) but it's because we're just starting out. And financing everything one step at a time. This is no ordinary training thing a majig thing...majig? This is cranked.
