What a sad sad day to my friend and a huge part of my old boys training team . We are really going to miss your naught quirks your great sense of humor and your cheating while counting reps in the sessions , coffee and BS chat will never be the same , and your love for chicken curry unmatched . We all new what a fantastic DAD u were and that’s going to be so sad for your amazing children . To Adrienne what a fantastic lady friend and Marks absolute angel and partner in every way , we can’t imagine how u are going to get through this but we will always be there . R.I.P bud
