We have been in practice for 25 years, having qualified at IPSB University in San Diego, California. We specialize in deep tissue and trigger point massage, working with people of all ages who want to take responsibility for their health. We work on competitive sportsmen and women and corporate executives who need assistance posture, neck tension, headaches and injuries, and students with posture and breathing problems. We assist pregnant woman throughout their pregnancy, reducing back pain, cramping and oedema which promotes better sleep. Our aim is to help people to get in touch, reconnect and become conscious of their bodies, supporting them to live the lives that they want to lead with harmony and flow.
