Dear ladies, don’t be afraid of weight/strength training! Lifting weights is just as suitable for women as it is for men. Many women fear weights will make them “bulky” and develop “man-muscles.”
The truth is you don’t have enough testosterone to build a manly muscle. Therefore, a little weight lifting will not lead to a bulky and butch physique. Working your muscles improve your health and help you drop a clothes size a bit faster.
Weight training is like a medicine: It controls weight; tones entire body; strengthens bones; improves mobility; increases strength.
Challenge yourself with every workout… You need Intensity! If it feels too easy you are not working out hard enough.
