Just a friendly reminder that we are now well into Cold & Flu 😷 season. Please, please do not come to your lash appointment if you are sick, especially if your illness is still fresh, active, and contagious.

Please don’t rely on the fact that we can both wear masks 😷. We work in very close proximity, and even with masks, there is still a risk of spreading illness. It also becomes hot 🥵 and stuffy inside a mask with limited fresh air circulation, which can make you feel even worse.

If you are already feeling unwell, please message me as soon as possible so that I can reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice where possible, as this gives me the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.

Please don’t wait until the last minute to “see how you feel” before deciding whether to attend. If you’re sick now, it’s best to let me know as soon as possible.

I know it’s never a good feeling being charged for a last-minute cancellation, especially when you’re unwell. However, I kindly ask that you also consider the impact on me and my business so that we can continue to enjoy a happy, healthy, and respectful working relationship.

Reasons why some clients choose to change Lash Artists:

1) Current Lash lady is disorganised and therefore always running late 🏃🏾‍♀️
2) Current lash lady changed location 📍
3) Current lash lady is always fully booked and is not able to accommodate “immediate” or last minute bookings or squeeze in last minute bookings 😮‍💨
4) Current lash lady is just unfriendly or rude 😐
