I attempted to go back to teaching classes yesterday and failed for the second week in a row, this time due to a difficult night of sleep and a challenging feeding session in the early hours of the morning. It’s been difficult at times to surrender to these changes, and the fact that these days I can’t simply push through and get done what I want to get done, and if I do there is usually a terrible ripple effect of fatigue and overwhelm for the rest of the day. It’s been hard and humbling but also so valuable, I’m learning to prioritize on a new level and surrender to the rest 💛 Shout out to the other new moms who have felt this 💛
