The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing administrative support to the team.
Duties And Responsibilities
Support to office and general day to day admin - based in the office daily
Courier of documents / accepting deliveries and answering door
Switchboard
I.T. support when team needs assistance - liaison between the company and Linkup and ensure MS Teams device in Boardroom is always up and running
Booking of boardrooms when team is back in the office
Office supplies - groceries, stationery, I.T, water cooler, etc
Office birthdays - organise gift for team
Office facilities - sorting out office maintenance when needed (handyman, plumber, electrician etc.)
Organize for staff data needs monthly
Assist with team travel when required
Schedule Monthly report meeting & Planning sessions monthly (including the reminder diary invite to update the report)
Schedule any other team related meetings
Check office post-box monthly
New employee IT set up - assist with IT set up
Pathways - assist with scheduling of Panel sessions
Keep Internal Contact list update - Team, Trustees, Suppliers
Assist with keeping Fellows database up to date
