Struggling with a pain in your butt?? We then often default to this well known stretch. However, when we are mindful of our posture in a stretch it changes the intensity and efficiency of the movement. So next time when you want to stretch out a tight bum muscle, try to lean forwards into the stretch from an open chest and upright back rather than slouching into it. MAP Movement: Myofascial Activated Posture. Being mindful of the posture you train in can totally transform your training session!
