I still have rent and bills to pay whether clients attend or not.If you went to work and got sent home unpaid, you wouldn’t think that was fair.
If you missed a flight, you wouldn’t expect another one for free.
If you didn’t pay your rent or mortgage, the payment wouldn’t just disappear.
When appointments are cancelled last minute, the cost falls on the small business.Cancellation policies exist so businesses like mine can survive.Thank you to the clients who respect my time 🫂
