On Friday I went to the book launch of Gerridene Berg's book, Goed genoeg. She reminded us that no matter where you are in life or what happened to you, you are good enough.

Not only did I lose weight, but I also detoxed my body, mind, and soul. During this journey, I experienced deep inner healing from childhood wounds and found a renewed sense of peace and strength.

This transformation has been about so much more than physical change — it has been a journey of healing, growth, and restoration from the inside out.

Practice kindness towards yourself and learn to forgive yourself for past mistakes. Through personal reflection, I have discovered the necessity of self-forgiveness in my life. Being responsive to the Spirit's guidance and taking immediate action is paramount. The Lord's Word reminds us that we are wonderfully and fearfully made. Do not believe the enemy's lies, instead stand firm in your faith.

As the year draws to a close, I reflect on its triumphs and challenges, and I am thankful to God for the opportunity to be part of the Exodus Experience. Losing 12kg in weight and numerous centimeters was a bonus, but the healing of my spirit was the greatest blessing. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and encourage you to seek the Lord's healing for your body, soul, and spirit as we celebrate the true meaning of the season.

It's been six months since I embarked on The Exodus Experience journey. One 40-day detox program later, I've successfully shed excess weight. Today, I want to thank the Lord for revealing areas that required healing. Despite minor weight fluctuations over the past six months, I've consistently returned to a stable weight.
