🔷️Entry fee option 1:
R380 once off - do all three body composition measurements with ME (in Krugersdorp). Initial, middle of challenge, end of challenge.
🔷️Entry fee option 2:
R290 once off - you stay too far and need to take your measurements where you stay (I'll provide you with the precise landmarks of where to get measured on your body - With personal trainer/biokineticist near you).

❓️What does Entry fee also include:
▪️2 eating plans according to your own BMI.
First 3 weeks eating plan 1.
Last 3 weeks - eating plan 2.
Can choose between normal weight loss plan / intermittent fasting / metabolic cleanse / toning
▪️2x home workouts per week of 30minutes-60minutes.
Beginner level OR intermediate level. You can choose.
▪️Weekly education/motivation on transformation online.
