As we age, simple tasks such as cutting toenails, managing thickened nails, reaching the feet, or treating cracked heels can become difficult, painful, and sometimes unsafe. This is especially true for those living with diabetes, poor circulation, mobility challenges, or chronic health conditions.

Holistic Foot Therapy and Reflexology is not a cosmetic pedicure. It is a specialised service that involves careful assessment, gentle treatment, and a deep understanding of the medical and wellness factors involved in caring for elderly and vulnerable feet. Proper foot care can help prevent infections, reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing.

This service is particularly beneficial for elderly, bedridden, paralysed, or disabled individuals who may no longer be able to manage their foot care safely on their own. Mobile visits are available to ensure comfort, dignity, and care within the safety of their own environment.
