24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. This fee will also apply to no-shows.

As a small business, my time is valuable. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is often too late to offer that time to another client. This means I lose not only the appointment slot but also the income attached to it.

I completely understand that unexpected things happen, and I always try to be understanding. However, late cancellations have a real financial impact on my business.
This policy is in place to protect my time, my business, and the clients who are waiting for available appointments.

Please respect my time as I respect the time I reserve especially for you. 🤍

Thank you for your understanding, support, and for respecting my small business.

With love,
Bonita 💚
