At Duet Aesthetics, every appointment is carefully reserved just for you.
When an appointment is cancelled on the same day, it leaves very little opportunity for another client to book that time.
To help us continue providing exceptional service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note that same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable to the salon.
