On Sunday, we had the opportunity to meet up and share experiences as Practitioners. Much fun was had and we got to give to each other what we give to our clients... Body Alignment.

Another super-Sunday with a few of our The Body Alignment South Africa team! Regular Workshop are a great opportunity to hone, refresh & learn new techniques! Not to mention having fun connecting with fellow practitioners, and welcoming in the newest members!!

Meet Charné McQuire! Charné is a Body Alignment Practitioner who has also studied Nutritional Studies, Master Herbalist, Massage Therapy, Accupressure Massage, and Hydrotherapy.

A little more about Charné:
"Since my teens, I have become fascinated with natural health. I come from a family of herbalists that dates back more than 200 years. I grew up in a very health-conscious household. I always knew that I belonged in the natural health world. I took an interest in exploring this by various courses in holistic healing, namely Nutritional Studies, Master Herbalist, Massage Therapy, Accupressure Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Body Alignment. I have worked abroad in the Falkland Islands, and I am honoured to have brought healing to the people there. I have been practicing since 2021. My vision is to transform people's pain into smiles and help restore them to their best health."
