share with us how to make your own carrot oil.
-properly Scrap the back of the carrot
-Wash with a clean water and dry very well using a neat towel.
-grate the carrot using hand grater
-Pour a little virgin olive oil to the pan and add your grated carrot.
-Remember to use a low heat so as not to fry the carrot.
-Keep stirring for about 45 mins until you see a yellow/Golden color oil.
-Allow to cool for 20mins then squeeze out the oil using sieve.
-Add the oil to a bottle and your carrot oil is ready for use.

Exfoliate your skin with home ingredients

Rice flour
Lemon
Honey
Green tea

Procedure
Blend your rice into powder form, take about 2 tablespoon of it into a bowl, add one tablespoon honey
Add one tablespoon of lemon
Add hot water to your green tea
Take one tablespoon of the green tea water and add to the mixture
Mix thoroughly
Apply this on a clean face and scrub in a circular motion
Leave in for 5mins and rinse off
Apply a moisturizer

Do this thrice a week

Treatment on dark knuckles.

I. If you re a health worker and you wash your hands frequently with hot water, you will get very bad dark knuckles.

2 if you love to change your body cream always, it will give you dark knuckles.

3 if you change your body soap all the time, you will have dark knuckles.

Stop using hot water to wash or rinse your hands, it will give you bad dark knuckles.

Solution to dark knuckles.

Lemon
Sugar
Mix both together, scrub it very well, you can as well use it for Knees and elbows.
Wait for 20 or 30mins before you rise it off with warm water.

Or Colgate toothpaste (white one) one teaspoon
Sugar 3 teaspoons
Lemon one
Mix all together and apply to dark knuckles only
Wait for 20mins.

Apply coconut oil and moisturizer.
When applying the Lemon & Sugar make sure you put it on the dark knuckles only, avoid the other parts, if not you will get two colours, one part will be lighter than the other part.
