Breath is what brings awareness into the body. It connects mind to movement, softens tension, and creates space where there was stiffness. When we breathe well, we move better — with more ease, more flow, and less force.

Every inhale creates expansion.
Every exhale invites release.

It’s through this rhythm that the body finds balance, supports the fascia, and allows movement to feel natural instead of forced.

So instead of pushing harder, start by breathing deeper… 🤍
