Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
Position Type: Part-time / Freelance (with potential for full-time)

Dare2Ware Training Academy is seeking a highly skilled, passionate and professional Beauty Educator. We are committed to delivering premium, results-driven education that exceeds traditional academy standards.

Minimum Requirements:

* ITEC qualification (or equivalent international qualification)
* Minimum 3–5 years industry experience
* Strong practical experience in:
* Skincare & Advanced Facials
* Electrical Treatments
* Massage / Body Therapy
* Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training
* Guide, assess and mentor students to industry-ready level
* Maintain professional training standards aligned with international benchmarks
* Assist in developing and improving training material, marketing & social media
