These terms and conditions are applicable in respect of all entrants participating in Bloom Aesthetics Lockdown Raffle\ Competiton.
1. The Bloom Aesthetics Lockdown Raffle \ Competition will run during the course of the 2nd of May 2020 and close on the 10 May 2020 at 23:59. No further entries to the competition will be permitted after this date.
2. Winner will be announced on Monday, 1 June 2020.
3. Competition is open to entrants 18 years +.
4. This competition is open to South African citizens, residing in Johannesburg at the time of the competition and winning participants have to be in possession of a valid identity document or valid residence permit.
5. To participate, purchase a raffle ticket to be considered for the random draw.
a. Only 1 prize has been made available for the Bloom Aesthetics raffle.
6. Bloom Aesthetics or any of its associated companies reserve the right to disqualify your entry from any competition and/or withhold any prize if they have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Competition Standard Terms & Conditions, Terms & Conditions or any specific rules of any competition (all three together are referred to as “Competition Terms & Conditions”).
7. Bloom Aesthetics will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner or winners, but if any winner cannot be contacted within one (1) day from the date of the relevant draw, then we reserve the right to draw a new winner. It is the entrants’ responsibility to provide the correct contact details.
8. Prizes are not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash in any way whatsoever. Should a winner choose not to accept the prize he/she will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
9. Not Bloom Aesthetics nor any of its sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their employees, accept any liability for any: Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, which any of its employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes, injuries, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or participation in the competition.
10. The winner of Bloom Aesthetics Lockdown Raffel \ Competition will receive the following;
R10 000 worth of Laser Treatments or Create the Pamper Package of your Dreams.
