For the past year, I've been quietly building something that means more to me than almost anything I've created.
How to Raise Wise Men™ was born from my own journey of raising four boys. I wanted to understand their behaviour, support their emotional development, and become the kind of parent who leads with connection instead of fear.
This guide brings together everything I've learned about attachment, nervous system regulation, emotional safety, repair, and raising boys with empathy and healthy boundaries. It's filled with practical tools you can use in everyday moments—not because parenting needs to be perfect, but because small, consistent moments shape who our children become.
One day, our boys will become husbands, fathers, friends, and leaders. The values we model today can influence the men they become tomorrow.
If you're raising a boy and you've ever wondered, "Am I doing enough?" I created this guide for you.
🤍 The How to Raise Wise Men™ waiting list is now

I'd love to have you on this journey with me.
I never set out to create a parenting course.
I was simply a mom trying to do better.
Like so many mothers, I've questioned myself after hard days. I've wondered if I was saying the right things, responding the right way, and giving my boys what they truly needed.
So I started learning.
I immersed myself in attachment theory, emotional regulation, trauma, the nervous system, child development, and the science behind raising emotionally healthy children. Every insight that helped me become a calmer, more connected mother went into my notebook.
Those notes kept growing.
Eventually, they became How to Raise Wise Men.
This isn't about raising perfect boys or becoming the perfect parent. It's about raising boys who feel safe, seen, emotionally secure, and deeply loved while giving yourself grace to grow alongside them.
If you've ever asked yourself: "Am I doing this right?" "Am I doing enough?"
I created this with you in mind.
🤍 The How to Raise Wise Men waiting list is officially open, and I'd love for you to be part of this journey.
Because raising wise men starts with parents who are willing to keep learning too.
Sometimes I lose my patience.
Not because I don't love my boys. Because I'm overwhelmed.
Motherhood has a way of revealing the parts of us that still need healing. The guilt afterwards can be overwhelming, but I've learned that one difficult moment doesn't define the kind of mother you are.
It does, however, invite you to grow.
There was one shift in my parenting that completely changed how I respond in these moments. It changed the atmosphere in our home and the way I connect with my boys.
I'll be sharing it tomorrow. 🤍
This morning, I was stressed.
My mind was racing, and I could feel the weight of everything I had to carry.
For a moment, I had a choice.
I could let that stress fill the car... or I could change the atmosphere.
So we turned up the music.
We sang at the top of our lungs.
We laughed.
And for those few minutes, nothing else mattered.
One of the biggest things healing has taught me is that my children don't need a perfect mom. They need a mom who knows how to pause, regulate, and choose connection, even on the hard days.
I'm not always going to get it right.
But if I can teach my boys that it's okay to feel stressed and that we have healthy ways to move through those emotions, then I think I'm teaching them something far more valuable than pretending everything is always okay.
Today, the music changed the atmosphere.
And sometimes... that's enough.
