SHOULD WE HIBERNATE?

I often joke that I should hibernate through winter, but after reading this article I'm beginning to think there might be some science behind it! Winter doesn't just make us feel cold. It can affect our mood, energy levels, concentration, sleep and even the way our brains respond to stress.

Perhaps instead of trying to power through winter at full speed, we should give ourselves permission to slow down a little, rest more, soak up what sunshine we can find and be a little kinder to ourselves. Our bodies and brains are working harder than we often realise.
