AI can make us look flawless. It can change our bodies, our faces, our surroundings, our clothes, even create a version of ourselves that looks like we’ve stepped straight out of a magazine.

And you know what? There’s absolutely nothing wrong with playing with it.
Have fun. Be creative. Explore. Dream a little.
But here’s where I think we need to draw the line…
Don’t sell AI-generated images as your reality.
Because real life has wrinkles.
Real bodies have curves, scars, cellulite and softness.

AI is a wonderful tool. But authenticity is even more powerful.
So if you post an AI image, own it. Say it’s AI. Let people know it’s fantasy, creativity or just a bit of fun.

Let’s not create another impossible standard for women to live up to.
Play with AI.
Create with AI.
Dream with AI.
But don’t lose yourself in it. ❤️
