Tying a knot!
Teaching children to do twists is probably the most challenging of all! Especially when the teacher doesn’t have coords! 🤣
But learning to laugh at ourselves is part of the lesson 🧘🏼♀️

A MonkeYoga class for everyone to partake!
At the end of the workshop, parents will be able to help their kids with basic poses.
