PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS...... WE CANNOT CONTROL BUT WE CAN CONTROL WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE REACT TO THEM!!
There is a massive shift in energy that happens when you take away the blame mentality and giving our power away to circumstances, events and people!
When we own our life, own the consequences, own the outcomes we then, in that moment have the power to choose again.
Everything is down to a matter of choice but while blaming everything external for our experiences, we are allowing outside sources to control our lives.
Own your action and reactions, be selective with the people we allow in our lives, own the boundaries or lack of boundaries, own your life!!
It’s in that moment that you have the power to change it.
