So this is particularly hard for me but I'm doing it nonetheless; it's hard to look at a body of evidence represented by photo depicting how much you have let yourself go.
It's not something that happened overnight, therefore I do not expect to get a 6 pack overnight either.
Join me in the journey to get my health back... I've joined and am going into week 2 of the BTC challenge.
Health is the TRUE wealth and I'm tired of being broke.
