Starting at nightfall tonight is the Jewish high holy day called, Rosh Hashanah, literally meaning the head of the year.
🌍 Creation and Continuity.
Rosh Hashanah is not only the birthday of the world, but a reminder that creation is ongoing. The universe is still unfolding, and we are co-creators in its story. Each choice we make, each kindness we extend, each injustice we resist, these are brushstrokes on the canvas of tomorrow.
🔥 The Akeidah – Faith and Responsibility.
The parsha of Vayeira brings us to the Akeidah, the binding of Isaac. Avraham’s test is not only about faith, but about the weight of responsibility. It asks us: what are we willing to sacrifice, and what must we protect? Isaac’s survival reminds us that life itself is entrusted to us, and that our role is to preserve and nurture it.
🌱 Stewardship of the Future.
As caretakers of the earth and stewards of the generations to come, we are called to tend to what has been placed in our hands. Just as Avraham was entrusted with his son, we are entrusted with our planet, our communities, and our traditions. The question is not only what we inherit, but what we will leave behind.
✨ A Call for Renewal.
This New Year is an invitation: to renew our commitments, to repair what is broken, and to plant seeds for a future we may never see but others will harvest. In doing so, we honor both the Creator and the creation still in progress.

Metaphysical & Metaphorical Summary for "Leil Selichot" (saying sorry) and the Torah portion called "Nitzavim" (standing).
Core Takeaway.
Leil Selichot are Jewish penitential poems and prayers, especially those said in the period leading up to the High Holidays and on fast days. It opens the gates of inner cleansing, and Nitzavim anchors us in sacred alignment. Together they form a spiritual “reset point” a moment where the soul stands fully present, accountable, and ready to choose its next vibrational direction.
🌒 Leil Selichot - The Night of Clearing the Path.
Leil Selichot is the metaphysical descent into the quiet corridors of the subconscious.
It is the night where the soul becomes aware of its own energetic dust, the residue of old patterns, unspoken emotions, and forgotten intentions.
Metaphorically, Selichot is a gentle midnight rain, washing over the inner landscape.
It softens what has become rigid, loosens what has been stuck, and prepares the soil of the heart for new planting.
🌿 Parashat Nitzavim. Standing in Sacred Alignment.
Nitzavim means “to stand with presence.”
It is the spiritual posture of being rooted, awake, and unshakably connected to purpose. Particularly following God's covenant.
Metaphorically, Nitzavim is the tree that knows its place, upright, grounded, and aware of the covenant between its roots and the sky. It reminds us that every soul stands before the Divine with its full story: its victories, its wounds, its contradictions, its potential.
Nitzavim teaches that alignment is not perfection, it is willingness.
Willingness to choose life, choose clarity, choose the path that resonates with the highest frequency of your being.
🔮 The Combined Energy: Cleansing + Alignment.
Together, Leil Selichot and Nitzavim form a powerful metaphysical sequence:
Selichot clear the emotional fog.
Nitzavim reveals the path once the fog lifts.
Selichot is the purification of the vessel.
Nitzavim is the moment the vessel says: I am ready.
This week’s energy invites you to pause, breathe, and stand consciously in your own covenant, the agreement between your soul and its purpose.
💜 Affirmation:
“I stand in my truth with a cleansed heart, aligned, awake, and ready to choose life.”

PEPPERMINT & IMMUNE MISMATCH RESPONSES.
A simple ritual to support thymus balance + energetic clarity.
When the body experiences an "immune mismatch response™" when it reacts to something that isn’t actually a threat, the system often needs clarity, direction, and a gentle reminder of what is “self” and what is “not‑self.”
This is where Peppermint essential oil becomes a powerful ally.
Peppermint carries a cooling, clarifying, decongesting vibration that supports both the physical and energetic aspects of immune regulation. In Kinesiopractic® terms, Peppermint resonates strongly with "Hod - Splendor & Intellect (Tree of life) helping the body reorganize information, correct miscommunication, and restore coherence.
How to Use Peppermint for Immune Mismatch Support.
1️⃣ Apply at the base of the neck (C7 area)
This point is a major neurological “junction box.”
Applying Peppermint here helps:
- Clear sensory overload
- Support lymphatic drainage
- Improve communication between brain → immune system
- Bring cooling clarity to over-reactive patterns
It’s like giving the body a fresh breath of logic and order.
2️⃣ Tap gently on the Thymus (just under the collarbone) with index and middle finger.
The thymus is the training centre for T‑cells, the immune cells that learn what to respond to and what to ignore.
Tapping this area while Peppermint is present creates a dual effect:
Physical / Neurological.
- Thymus tapping stimulates vagal tone
- Helps calm fight‑or‑flight immune reactions
- Encourages balanced T‑cell signalling
- Supports the body’s “reset” response
Energetic / Metaphysical.
- The thymus is part of the heart field, the body’s largest electromagnetic centre
- Tapping activates the “truth recognition” vibration
- Peppermint’s Hod energy enhances clarity, discernment, and accurate immune perception
- Together, they help the body correct mismatch responses and return to harmony.
It’s a beautiful blend of breath, clarity, and immune intelligence.
Why Peppermint Works So Well Here.
Peppermint’s signature qualities:
- Cooling → reduces inflammatory overreaction
- Clearing → helps the body “see” correctly
- Stimulating → wakes up sluggish immune communication
- Organizing → supports accurate pattern recognition
When paired with thymus tapping, it becomes a simple, powerful self-care ritual for anyone experiencing:
- Sensitivities
- Overreactions
- Stress-induced immune confusion
- Energetic overwhelm
- Seasonal immune shifts
AromatherapyWorx Ritual.
Apply a drop of Peppermint at the base of the neck.
Place your fingertips over the thymus.
Tap gently while breathing deeply.
Repeat an affirmation such as:
“My body recognizes what is safe. My immune system is clear, calm, and wise.”

Your thoughts are not separate from you, but they are also not the whole of you. They are an activity of consciousness, not the essence of the person.
1. Metaphysically: Thought is a function, not the self.
In metaphysical traditions (including Kinesiopractic®, Hebrew mysticism, and consciousness studies), the human being is understood as layered:
Nefesh / body - instinct, survival
Ruach / emotional self - feelings, drives
Neshamah / higher soul - awareness, intuition, divine connection
Thought belongs to Ruach, not Neshamah.
It is produced by you, but it is not "you".
This is why you can observe your thoughts, redirect them, challenge them, or silence them in meditation.
Anything you can observe is not your core identity.
2. Psychologically: Thoughts arise, but you choose engagement.
Modern neuroscience shows:
Thoughts appear spontaneously (up to 60,000 per day).
You do not choose the arrival of a thought.
You choose the relationship to it.
This means thought is an event in the mind, not the owner of the mind.
3. Spiritually: Without the God of Israel, thought has no true alignment.
“Without acknowledging the God of Israel, no spiritual connection is possible.”
In Hebrew metaphysics, the Neshamah, the divine soul is the part that connects to God.
Thought (Ruach) is only the instrument that can align with that higher soul.
So:
Thought is not separate from you, it is your tool.
Thought is not identical to you, it is not your essence.
True spiritual connection comes from the soul, not the thinking mind.
This is why people can think about God without actually connecting to Him.
Connection requires acknowledgment, alignment, and devotion, not just mental activity.
4. The deeper truth: You are the awareness behind thought.
Your thoughts are like waves.
You are the ocean.
Your thoughts are like wind.
You are the mountain.
Your thoughts are like the pulse.
You are the life that animates the pulse.
This is why resentment, fear, or fragmented thinking can distort the energetic field, because they are movements within you, not your identity.
1. Where thought sits in the human energy system
Thought lives in the Ruach layer the emotional‑mental field.
Here’s the structure as used in metaphysical kinesiology, Hebrew consciousness, and subtle‑body work:
Nefesh (Physical Self)
Instinct, survival, bodily sensations, autonomic responses.
Ruach (Mind–Emotion Layer)
Thoughts, beliefs, emotional weather, reactive patterns, internal narratives.
Neshamah (Divine Soul)
Awareness, intuition, alignment, devotion, spiritual identity.
Thought is produced in Ruach.
Awareness comes from Neshamah.
This is why you can observe your thoughts; the observer is higher than the content.
In energy work, Ruach sits between the body and the soul. It is the “translator” layer. When it’s clear, the soul’s guidance flows easily. When it’s cluttered, the body reacts instead of receiving.
2. How resentment distorts the Ruach layer.
Resentment is not just an emotion it is a frequency distortion.
Here’s what it does:
Creates looping thought patterns
The mind replays the same narrative, trapping Ruach in a closed circuit.
Thickens the emotional field
The Ruach becomes dense, sticky, and slow like energetic molasses.
Blocks upward flow.
The Neshamah’s guidance cannot pe*****te the emotional fog.
Triggers sympathetic activation.
The Nefesh (body) goes into vigilance, tightening fascia, breath, and digestion.
Disconnects spiritual alignment.
Resentment is incompatible with divine flow because it anchors the self in past injury rather than present awareness.
This is why resentment feels heavy, draining, and spiritually “closed.”
It is not just a feeling; it is an energetic obstruction.
3. How to separate identity from thought during healing work
This is the part most people never learn, but you already intuitively practice it.
Here’s the method:
Step 1. Identify the thought as an object
Instead of “I am angry,” shift to:
“Anger is present in my field.”
This creates immediate separation.
Step 2 — Locate the layer.
Ask:
Is this Nefesh, Ruach, or Neshamah?
Resentment is always Ruach.
Fear is often Nefesh.
Clarity is Neshamah.
Step 3. Move into the observer.
The observer is the Neshamah.
When you shift into awareness, the thought loses authority.
Step 4. Reassign ownership.
Say internally:
“This thought is not me. It is a movement within me.”
This dissolves identification.
Step 5. Redirect the field.
You choose the new alignment:
gratitude
neutrality
devotion
truth
compassion
sovereignty
Thought follows awareness, not the other way around.
