Hi all there is huge hype about collagen everyone wants to know if it works ..My take on it , it can only help because we need collagen for our skin hair and nails BUT if you are not taking care of yr skin and just expect to be drinking this and expecting dramatic results then NO I think that's unrealistic. I drink the collagen powder before bedtime . Can I honestly say I see a difference I don't know BUT I have been getting a lot of compliments on my skin. And there are quite a few brands out there which are very expensive . But just go to Diskem folks and buy the powder it works exactly the same . I have been getting a lot of queries re skincare . Can I please emphasize that there is no quick fixes to achieving good skin . You could use the most expensive products on earth but Good Skin requires an investment of time and effort to achieve long term results like anything in life.
