All other tools and equipment are properly sterilised after every client and cleaned again before the next one is seated. No shortcuts. No reused tools. Just a clean, professional environment you can trust.

For your safety, all clients will be asked to complete a client intake form before their appointment. Please inform your nail technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could cause contraindications, as your health and safety are always a priority.

At The Polished Brat, you’re not just another appointment in the chair — you are our client. Here, you are **heard, listened to, and treated with respect. This is a space where you can relax, speak openly about what you want, and enjoy your service without judgement.

To maintain a professional environment, children are unfortunately not allowed in the salon. Nail services involve sharp tools, chemicals, and electrical equipment, which can be unsafe for young children. A calm environment also allows your nail tech to focus fully on delivering precise, high-quality results.

Phones are welcome, but excessive phone use during appointments is discouraged. Nail services require steady hands and proper positioning, and constant movement can affect the quality and safety of the work.

To keep the standard of service high, all appointments take place at the salon — no house calls are offered.

Payment is due immediately once your service is completed, before leaving the salon. Products, time, and professional work have already been invested into your set.
