Big Salon owners don't even appreciate their workers not even saying thank you or anything.
if you as a Owner is not kind to the operators and respecting them how would your stylist do such,common sense we all humans..
auw thank you i appreciate you and blah blah where is the action because action speak louder then words.
imagine the Big Boss can't or don't want to greet their workers(operators) like i am starting to think that i am only here for Labour of Law reasons that there must be.
if their is kind bosses thank you i have heard so many good things how salons really treat their operators then i am here in a "exclusive"hair salon but not being appreciated or valued or respected....
