Tanning of the skin is obtained from the ultraviolet rays that are discharged by the fluorescent lights with phosphor combination used in the Tan-Can. The ultraviolet rays transmitted by the fluorescent lights are practically the same as those transmitted by the sun’s rays.

Not at all like the sun’s rays, the UV radiated from the Tan-Can operates the production of melanin that is responsible for the tan you desire. Tanning with the Tan-Can keeps your skin safe from being burnt as a result of overexposure to the sun’s rays.

It also helps to increase Vitamin D in the body while presented to the natural or artificial sunlight. Our bodies require Vitamin D to keep the bones, teeth and joints solid.
