Nice case done by Cad/cam digital dentistry pt lost lower front tooth due to irreparable fracture, had extract of what was left of tooth and then waited 8 week with temporary bridge in place to give gum chance to settle into final position.After 8 weeks removed temp bridge scanned digital model sent to Charl Basson lab and end result amazing

Difficult case lady presented with severely worn teeth lower left side and tooth decay, decided to use multilayer zirkonuim crowns designed milled and finished courtesy Charl Basson laboratory ❤️❤️😁

Replaced upper old bonded porcelain to metal front crown, crown drifted backwords and black line appeared at gum level
Slight colour difference due to different materials used, other crown still porcelain to metal fused, but pt was happy with result.The light reflect sligtly different from different materials used

Nice case old pt of mine kept on biting tongue due to loss of teeth upper right quadrant
Decided to do permanent multilayer zirkonuim bridge as pt did not want fakse teeth or imlants.
Cementing tomorrow, cant wait

One of my older patients with severely worn teeth upper left and lower front teeth

Very tricky upper front teeth case
Lady presented with missing front teeth and rest of front teeth severely worn down
At the time she was wearing a ill fitting denture to replace missing teeth
She hated the look and wanted to get rid of partial denture as well. We decided to do a 6 unit multilayer zirkonuim bridge and to include the 2 first premolar teeth as single units to get a even arch

A beautiful front upper teeth case, pt wanted 3 crowns on badly stained and heavily filled white filling teeth

Another difficult case, lady fractured old rootcanal molar tooth deep under gum but managed to get a perfect fit

Nice case done lower left premolar broke after previous rootcanal done by another dentist, decided to place post in root and place a multilayer zirkonuim crown in place
Crown was milled and finished by Charl Basson dental lab😁
