Hunting... Now this is a particularly odd topic for me to talk about it. When you meet me. You would never guess that this feminine persona would know how to handle a gun, come from a family of hunters, or that she has an obsession with knives.

I live in stilettos, dresses and make up. I go for lattes with my girls and tantalizing dates with my Bear. I have never hunted a thing in my life past creatures in video games. It was so precise when I used it to cut through the salmon while prepping lunch. It had such a smooth glide. It parted the flesh like Moses parted the sea.

This knife was a hidden treasure till that moment. Much like a woman's personality. We all appear one way, only to later show the world that we have layers with hidden gifts. We are roses. Or onions as Shrek would have said.

Perhaps we are all uniquely hidden treasures. Just like this beautiful blade has been.
