Ek het die voorreg gehad om Sulette Hern, mamma van Hannes en Dawie, by ons W.O.W Vrouekonferensie te verwelkom en ná die tyd ’n bietjie saam met haar te kuier.

Wat ’n ongelooflike, nederige mens. ❤️

Sulette is iemand wat gewoond is daaraan om vir ander mense op te staan wanneer hulle in nood is. Sy het al haar hart, haar hande en haar tyd gegee wanneer ander mense swaargekry het. Soveel lewens is ten goede verander omdat sy bereid was om te help.

Maar vandag is dit Sulette wat óns nodig het.

Binne die volgende twee weke word haar twee seuns teater toe gestoot vir ’n lewensbelangrike beenmurgoorplanting.

Dawie gaan skenk.
Hannes gaan ontvang.

Twee broers.
Een ongelooflike daad van liefde.
En ’n mamma wat albei haar kinders in God se hande moet plaas. 🙏🏻

Ek probeer myself ind**k hoe ’n moederhart op hierdie oomblik moet voel...

Jy weet hierdie oorplanting is noodsaaklik vir jou kind se lewe, maar terselfdertyd staan daar ’n finansiële berg voor jou wat amper onmoontlik lyk om te klim.

Apply a moderate amount of Foot Reboot Cream into the palm of your hands. Warm the product slightly by rubbing your hands together.
3. Application Technique
Begin applying the cream using smooth, even strokes:
• Start at the toes and work your way toward the heel
• Use upward motions to encourage circulation
4. Massage Movements
Incorporate firm yet relaxing massage techniques:
• Use circular motions on the soles and heels
• Apply gentle pressure along the arch of the foot
• Lightly massage each toe individually
5. Focus Areas
Pay extra attention to dry and rough areas such as the heels and balls of the feet, ensuring deeper hydration where needed.
6. Absorption Time
Allow the cream to fully absorb into the skin before walking or putting on footwear to prevent slipping.

Step 2 - Foot Exfoliation Steps:

1. Prepare the Feet
After soaking, gently pat the feet dry with a clean towel, leaving the skin slightly damp to enhance exfoliation.
2. Apply the Scrub
Take a small, adequate amount of the Foot Reboot Scrub and apply it evenly over the entire foot, focusing on rough areas such as the heels, soles and sides of the toes.
3. Exfoliation Technique
Using gentle, controlled circular movements, massage the scrub into the skin.
• Start from the toes and work your way toward the heel
• Apply slightly firmer pressure on callused areas but remain gentle to avoid irritation
4. Targeted Attention
Spend extra time on hardened skin (heels and balls of the feet), ensuring even exfoliation without over-scrubbing.
5. Duration
Continue the exfoliation process for 3–5 minutes per foot to effectively remove dead skin cells and stimulate circulation.
6. Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse the feet with warm water, ensuring all scrub particles are completely removed.
7. Dry and Assess
Pat the feet dry with a clean towel and assess the skin. The feet should feel smoother, softer and refreshed.
