PARABEN-FREE COSMETICS
All Cimol skincare products are Paraben-free. Parabens are very common preservative used in many (if not most) cosmetic products. The most popular types are methylparaben, propylparaben, and butylparaben (or a combination of the three). Over the past decade serious questions have been raised regarding the safety of this commonly used preservative. Scientific studies have shown possible and alarming links between parabens and breast cancer. Parabens have the ability to mimic estrogen which further raises concerns over the increasing prevalence of early puberty in girls. Whilst further studies are still underway to ascertain and explain these links and to conclusively establish whether parabens promote breast cancer, consumer groups internationally have been pressurising cosmetic companies to give up the use of parabens. All Cimol products are completely Paraben free and instead uses alternatives such as grapeseed oils, tea tree oils etc. NO ANIMAL INGREDIENTS OR TESTING
