Avon's vision is to be the company that best understands and satisfies the product, service and self-fulfilment needs of women globally.
Our five values are: Trust, Respect, Belief, Humility and Integrity. We believe that everything we do, everything we Avon is the world's leading direct seller of beauty and related products with a global annual turnover of over $10 billion. Avon sells products to women in over 100 countries through our independent sales force of over 5.5 million representatives - fondly known as "Avon Ladies". Avo
n's main sales tool is our brochure. In South Africa, we produce 13 issues of the brochure every year which offer a wide and contemporary selection of beauty and related products at affordable prices. The Avon representative shows the brochure to customers in their homes, at work, at social or leisure activities or to their friends and family. The representatives then send the orders to Avon and the products are delivered free of charge directly to the representatives' homes. Our people and our community
In the workplace, diversity is valued and supported and we aim to help staff achieve a good balance between their work and home lives. This has led to Avon being listed as a Sunday Times Employer of Choice in recent years.
