• Each 4 week (MONTHLY) program uniquely structured! For only R400.00 per 4 week (month) program by e-mail.

• Best 5km or 10km Time
• Best 21km Time
• Best marathon or ultra (if done)
• Longest ever done in Training (time or distance)
• Highest week mileage
• Highest month mileage
• How many months / years of running

Coach Nuno would like to congratulate all his athletes who supported me in coaching them for Comrades 2026 UP run
I had 23 athletes and 22 started and all 22 finished unfortunately 1 athlete fell ill in the week of Comrades and did not start which was a good decision
As no one must run when ill and this is such a demanding route and distance
