Sunrise sessions are always a good idea😉💪🏼nothing like some shoulders and abs to get the day going 🔥today’s workout:
- Warm up:
- 1 min ball slams; 1 min skipping x3
1. Set 1 (4 rounds):
- Arnold press x15
- Bent over fly’s x15
- Ab bicycles x30
2. Set 2 (4 rounds):
- Renegade rows x15 per arm
- Front raise to side raise to upright row x10
- 30 Russian twists
3. Set3 (4 rounds)
- wall sit with: 10 around the worlds; 10 front raise dumbbell taps; 10 overhead dumbbell taps
- Burpees x10

Peanut butter & chia bombs 💣
- 222 calories each: 9C/8P/22F
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 100g dark chocolate
1. Mix peanut butter, almond flour, syrup & chia seeds
2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20-30mins
3. Melt chocolate
4. Remove balls from fridge and dip in chocolate until completely covered
5. Pop back in the fridge
*makes about 15 - 18 bombs

Zucchini & pumpkin fritters
- toddler approved👶🏼
- Not fried❤️
- Super yum😍
- 150g grated zucchini (remove excess water with a cloth)
- 200g pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup SR flour
- 3 eggs
- Feta
- Garlic, parsley, mint, salt, pepper

1. Add pumpkin, parsley, garlic and onion to food processor and blend until similar consistency as zucchini
2. Add dry ingredients, feta and eggs to large bowl
3. Combine dry ingredients with zucchini and pumpkin mix and stir through
4. Heat pan and add a tiny bit of olive oil (I just added spray and cook)
5. Make small balls and place in pan
6. Cook the fritters like you’d cook burger patties🤷🏼‍♀️
