We can assist them in so many ways and honestly is the best policy. Soft and gentle so they do not tap into fear.
Make phone calls to grandparents, cousins a new fun activity.
Do meditation or prayer time for there family and our beautiful Gaia as a daily grounding activity.

They are our future and this will be a event that they will still be very aware of in there future.

Show up for mamma Gaia and your children will follow.
Make a list as a family how will we approach our life after this life changing event.
Our list has been coming along time but now is the time for action.

The end of an decade is approaching, this is the perfect time to reflect on the last 10 years of your life.

Make a list of accomplishment, lessons and a list of gratitude.

For me 10 years ago the Dr told me that I will never be able to have children because of medical reasons.
Today I am a mamma of a almost 7 year old miracle Princess.
10 years ago I never imagined that I would be married and love fiercely by my , have a family or do any of my spiritual practices or be the teacher of these practices.
Today I look back with awe to all the miracles in my life and I say thank you to our Creator for allowing me to step into my truth and expecting myself 200%!
For co-creating the best life I never knew is possible.

10 days to go before we enter the next 10 year cycle 1010!!
