Sometimes the biggest shift in your life happens when you stop asking,

and start saying,
“This is what I’m choosing.” ✨

There is a BIG difference between filing the nail and knowing how to file the nail. And sometimes the biggest mistake you can make is to not assess the nail before you start filing.
Good filing isn't about removing as much as possible... It's about knowing what to remove, how much to remove and when to stop.
The health of your natural nails should always be the priority.
