For all your Permanent Make-Up, Waxing and Tinting needs call me on 072 1633255. What is permanent make-up? EYELINER:
Defines and accentuates the eyes.
Permanent cosmetic make-up is a process where colour is permanently inserted into the dermal layer of the skin using fine needles dipped into hypo-allergenic pigment (anorganic pigment). The pigments are derived from vegetable products and are either premixed or mixed manually. The pigment bonds to the skin cells and is visible through the translucent outer layer. It makes the lashes appear thicker and denser. EYEBROW SHADING:
Eyebrows that are naturally too light, too thin, sparse or non existent can be beautifully enhanced and improved with micro pigmentation. LIP LINER:
Permanent lip liner not only adds fullness to lips and corrects unevenness; it can also minimize the appearance of wrinkles and help prevent lipstick from bleeding. LIP COLOURING:
With permanent lip colouring, the mouth can take on soft, natural hues or intense, dramatic colour permanently. Follow up visits, called touch ups, are done 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. WHO BENEFITS FROM PERMANENT MAKE-UP?
* Everyone! From the young to the elderly, who desire a soft, natural enhancement to their appearances.
* It is especially beneficial to people who can't wear cosmetics due to allergies, skin and eye sensitivities.
* Older ladies without eyebrows, with sparse or droopy eyebrows or uneven lip lines.
* Active people who want to look their best for activities such as swimming, hiking, tennis, aerobics and those who don't want to be sorry about sweating off or reapplying cosmetics.
* The visually impaired who have difficulties applying their cosmetics, and other with motor impairments such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, stroke survivors and those with unsteady hands who cannot apply their own make up, as well as the busy people who don't have time to spend on their make-up. IS IT PAINFUL? Most people experience some discomfort. This may vary according to each individual's pain threshold. Different methods are available to help with pain management, including various topical anaesthetic ointments, anaesthetic locals and nerve blocks. It is not all the same kind of pain like a tattoo. IS IT SAFE? Yes!
* All needles are new and sterile for each client.
* All machine parts are sterilized and kept in a sanitary way.
* New gloves are used for each client.
