While we know that in life we have to expect the unexpected, when it comes to making an appointment with us, we do ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours

Cancellation policies are put in place at establishments that work by appointment to protect their income when unexpected situations arise. It is not personal, it is business.

✨CANCELLATIONS✨

Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will incur a fee

12 - 24 hours in advance: 50% of the treatments booked will be charged

Less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the treatments booked will be charged

Clients who continually cancel or reschedule with short notice will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit when making appointments.

✨MISSED APPOINTMENTS✨

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us in a timely manner will be considered a no-show and incur a fee of 100% of the treatments booked

✨LATE ARRIVALS✨

If you are unexpectedly running late due to traffic or a similar situation, please contact us on 0649327141 to let us know

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled if the treatment cannot be completed in the time remaining

✨ADDITIONAL INFO✨

Cancellation and no-show fees are charged at the discretion of the salon manager and are subject to change at any time.

A record will be kept of clients who repeatedly fail to meet the above appointment conditions
