When it's getting bad again but you can't talk to anyone about it so you just low-key sit there and let your thoughts consume you 💔😭

No one knows I'm at my lowest again, struggling so bad with my mental health 💔

This year I met the saddest version of me, I lost my spark, my mind and everything 😭

Sometimes everything inside me is crying and it's painful 😭😭😭

They hurt you and make you feel like you are the problem 😭💔
