I can't believe it has been 14 days since I last posted. How do influencers do it? Between work, home, pets, rehab center, community work, cooking and cleaning, where do they get the time to post everyday? It is scary to think that we are already at 21 January 2026. I have had some positive things happen already this year and I am really feeling motivated and even excited. It feels like my path is opening and I am starting to see the way forward. Sending you all positive love and light. Keep speaking about peace, keep protecting nature. We all have a part to play.

Day 3 of my 3 day juice cleanse, tomorrow I start eating some solids again. The first 2 days were tough, I felt hungry often, but by last night I started to feel ok and this morning I am feeling so strong. I have found some really interesting juice and smoothie meals. I think that is the trick, is to keep it interesting, something to look forward to. Lost another 300 grams since yesterday. Offcourse the first 2 days will be mostly water loss due to all the salt I ate over December. I can already see my fingers aren's as puffy anymore. I am excited about cleansing my body, getting strong and healthy, while growing mentally and spiritually. Wishing you all a blessed day. Might make some soap this weekend, no promises though, I will see where my mood takes me.

Today is my second day of my 6 week detox. Not to be confused with some people who will do a detox and the go straight back into unhealthy eating and living. I live a pretty healthy life. But I am human and I love pastries and sweets and chips and biscuits and December does not count😀 Who wants to try live without those treats, especially over December. But what I know with me, is that I very quickly slip into my old routine, the same one that made me ill, the same one that caused me to get over weight, the same one that caused a lot more stress on my body and my everyday life. so, time to get back into the routine I adapted slowly over the last 2 years. When I started this journey I took it slow, one day, one week one month at a time. I eliminated things that made me feel sick or caused me to be constipated, I started with 20 minute slow walks and some gentle yoga. end of December I was running 5km 3 times a week and doing weights or yoga or Pilates or swimming alternate days. While my body started healing, so did my emotional and spiritual side, slowly over time. People and places that caused me negative thoughts I moved away from. I spend more time in nature and most of my time at home where I am at peace. My circle is a lot smaller, but I am breathing easier and sleeping better and that is not something I am giving up again. One day at a time. You are not alone. We all go through something that sets us back. If you need help, advice or just an ear, I am here for you and if all else fails, there is always Lavender. God Bless, Namaste🙏
Happiest of New Year to everyone. A New year means new beginnings, second chances and new hope. I have been through a complete transformation the last 2 years and my main focus was myself. Taking care of me, my mental health, my emotional health, my physical health and my spiritual health. As women we tend to take care of everyone else and leave our warning lights blinking, this can often be too late. don't ignore your blinking lights, don't ignore that alarm bell going off inside your head. Look after yourself, only then can you take proper care of everyone else. I am here to help wherever I can. My journey has been a long one and is far from over, but I am 20 kgs lighter, sober for more than a year, spiritually awakening every day, so if you need treatment or advice or just want to bounce something off me, let me know. You are not alone in this.
