I remember this one client saying "To be honest Koki, I didn't read through the policy. I just saw 50%non-refundable Deposit, and kept it moving." She acknowledged that she's at fault.

She further said, "Koki if we fail to even read contracts when buying phones, cars, insurance etc what was your policy." (jokingly).... And she was right, I'm guilty too of not reading those contracts. But we don't go back to those people because it's YOUR responsibility to read!
