Start with a gentle cleanser. One wash is enough.
Then vitamin C. It helps protect the skin from cell damage and oxidative stress — pollution, and everything else the day puts on your face.
Next a moisturiser with ceramides, to support the barrier and calm inflammation.
Then SPF. In her words: SPF is ever a must.
And yes, fruit helps. Oranges, kiwi, lemon, strawberries — and papaya actually carries more vitamin C than an orange. But eating it is not the same as putting vitamin C on your skin, and it does not replace it.
