Just like skin our hair needs lots of water to stay hydrated, strong and healthy! If you’re not a plain water fan, add a slice of lemon or other fruit or incorporate herbal teas to increase your water intake.

• 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 🧴
Shampooing every other day or every third day will seriously benefit your hair and scalp! Over washing strips the hair of its natural oils, which moisturise the scalp and help protect the hair. Also over washing means much faster colour fade! Remember to always shampoo TWICE to properly clean the hair.

• 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒐 + 𝒔𝒘𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈
Switch to a moisture based shampoo for extra hydration. Always pre rinse hair before your pool / ocean swim to avoid as much absorption of chorine / salt water. Thoroughly shampoo with a clarifying shampoo after your swim and follow up with a deep condition.

• 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔 💨
Avoid using heat tools when you can, as we know if over used it can dry out your hair and fade colour. Always always use a thermal heat protectant, if you’re going to purchase any product- this is the most important 🙏
