I started training with these ladies beginning of Lockdown, i remember Siya saying "Yhu ha.a umzimba wam is losing shape please help me" I knew then uba shes hungry for change. Her best friend also said "Chomi nam ndiyafuna" and the rest is history!

These are the results of how badly they wanted to transform themselves! We are still pushing my 8week BodyTransformation Program and show no signs of stopping ! For less than 3 months these results are ridiculous👏👏💃🎉
