Adding a little "me time" to your schedule can help break up a dreary winter day and give you something to look forward to. Your "me time" doesn’t have to involve anything too extravagant, but it should focus on something that makes you happy, whether that’s catching up on a TV show or reading that book that you never had the time to, or just soaking in the tub. Set expectations with your family and friends. Let them know your "me time" is exactly that—just for you. They’ll be fine on their own for a little while.

Gift certificates are available for purchase and have a 3-6 month validity period

2. Sanitizer (70% alcohol) is available for when you enter and leave the space. We always offer fresh linen during each treatment. Deep sanitizing of surfaces and staff between treatments.
3. If you are sick, please notify us so we can postpone your appointment.
4. If you have traveled out of SA in the last 30 days or have been in contact with someone who has, we will also need to postpone your appointment.
